I am Chef Ngwa Martin, a trained and certified intercontinental chef and owner of Ngwa and Ngwa Catering. We provide indoor cooking and catering services for various occasions within and outside Cameroon. Additionally, we offer training and certification programs for aspiring young chefs. In summer 2024, Daddy Ndong of the Daddy Ndong International Humanitarian Foundation contacted me that he will like to sponsor some youths with skills to combat unemployment. During the training, these youths received training on culinary skills. Upon completion, trainees received startup materials provided by the Executive Director of the Daddy Ndong International humanitarian foundation, with some securing employment in restaurants and others establishing their own restaurants. It has been a good partnership with the Organization.

As the CEO of Pearlsmakeover, I have been a tutor to some beneficiaries of the Foundation's humanitarian act. It is appealing and applaudable to see an organization aimlessly bent on investing in the lives of youths.
